Our Company was originally incorporated as “Benchmark Computer Solutions Private Limited” as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated October 31, 2002, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently Our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company dated June 28, 2023 and the name of our Company was changed to “Benchmark Computer Solutions Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 13, 2023 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
