The Company has managed 5 Public Issues in the Capacity of Advisors to the Issues. The Company has received a certificate from SEBI for registration as a Category Ill Merchant Banker.

MERCHANT BANKING:

The Company has acted as Lead Manager to the Rights Issue of Gupta Carpet Udyog Ltd. under the CCI regime. Since getting Registration as Category-IV the Company is handling Public Issues in advisors' capacity and has acted as Advisors to 5 Public Issues. The, Company is presently a Category III Merchant Banker.

LEASING:

The Company started its leasing activities with the first disbursement being made on behalf of M/s. Maharaja Art Palace Pvt. Ltd.

SECURITIES TRADING:

The Company is trading in securities on behalf of its clientele at Panchkula, Ludhiana, Ambala, Amritsar, Karnai and Delhi to provide the facility of buying and selling of shares on spot payment.

-The company has entered into a MOU with M/s. Bharatiya Global Infomedia Ltd. regarding distribution of Movie "With Luv... Tumhaara".
