Bharat Parenterals Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Bhaarat parentrals was incorporated on 3rd September 1992 under part IX of the Companies Act 1956 in the state of Gujrat consequent upon conversion of Bharat Chem Laboratories (BCL), a registered partnership firm engaged in the manufacture of drugs and pharmaceutical formulations. The company obtained certificate of Commencement of Business fron the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad on 9th September 1992.
The proposed plant is being set up at Village Haripura.

At present the company is engaged in manufacturing of allopathic and ayurvedic pharmaceutical preparations.

2021
-Company Has Received The License And Authorization From Drugs Controller General Of India (Dcgi) And Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (Cdsco), New Delhi For The Manufacturing And Marketing Of 'Favipiravir Oral Suspension 100Mg/Ml'.

2025
-Bharat Parenterals successful completion of the Paraguay Audit in April of 2025.
-Bharat Parenterals Ltd is honoured to receive the Resilient Award from the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry, in association with the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB).
