The Company was originally incorporated as ÂBizotic Commercial Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 29,2016 bearing Corporate Identification Number U74999GJ2016PTC094934 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
