Arihant Tournesol Limited (ATL) has been promoted by Shri Rajiv Kumar Sethi. The company was incorporated as ARIHANT OIL MILLS PVT. LTD. on 8th April 1991 and registered with tthe Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay and consequent upon the Special Resolution passed at the AGM held on 10th March 1992, the Company has been converted into a Limited Company on 3rd June 1992. The name of the Company was changed to `ARIHANT TOURNESOL LTD' on 25th June 1993.

The Company is promoted by Shri Rajiv Kumar Sethi, aged 32, a Commerce Graduate from Bombay, and an industrialist with wide experience gained in edible oils, general merchandise and textiles.
