Bondada Engineering Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as ‘Bondada Engineering Private Limited’ as private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated March 29, 2012, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at an Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on March 17, 2023, and the name of Company was changed to ‘Bondada Engineering Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion dated May 31, 2023, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad.

- Constructed on turnkey basis 1st Tower Mounted Doppler Weather Radar in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu

- Transfer of uPVC Undertaking to the subsidiary company, BAPL
