Borosil Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 as ÂHopewell Tableware Private LimitedÂ pursuant to certificate of incorporation dated November 25, 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur. The Company was converted from ÂHopewell Tableware Private LimitedÂ to ÂHopewell Tableware LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 19, 2018, consequent upon conversion from Private Limited to Public Limited, was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Thereafter, the name of our Company was changed to ÂBorosil LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 20, 2018 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.Â

2013

-Started manufacturing and marketing Melamine and Opal glass tableware items in Sikar district of Rajasthan as a Greenfield ProjectÂ

2020

-Company name has changed to Borosil Ltd. from Hopewell Tableware Pvt. Ltd..

2022

- Commencement Of Trial Production Of Additional Opal Manufacturing Capacity At Company'S Plant In Jaipur, Rajasthan

-Regarding capacity addition of 42 tonnes per day (TPD) for Opal Ware Glass manufacturing at the Company's Jaipur Plant, Rajasthan.

-The trial production for additional capacity of 42 TPD for Opal Ware Glass at Company's Jaipur plant has commenced on December 20, 2022.

2023

-The Company Commencement of commercial production of Opal Ware Glass from the Company s second furnace at its plant in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

2024

-The Company setting up of new borosilicate glass production facility.
