Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated as ÂBrigade Hotel Ventures LimitedÂ at Bengaluru, Karnataka as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, and a certificate of incorporation was granted by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, on behalf of the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies on August 24, 2016.

Major Events and Milestones:

2016

- Commencement of operations at ÂGrand Mercure MysoreÂ in Mysuru, Karnataka, our CompanyÂs first leisure hotel with 146 rooms.

2017

- Commencement of operations at ÂHoliday Inn Bengaluru RacecourseÂ with 272 rooms in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

- Commencement of operations at ÂHoliday Inn Chennai OMR IT ExpresswayÂ with 202 rooms in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, our CompanyÂs first hotel outside of Karnataka.

2018

- Commencement of operations at ÂFour Points by Sheraton Kochi InfoparkÂ in Kochi, Kerala with 218 rooms, our CompanyÂs second hotel outside Karnataka.

2019

- Commencement of operations at our first hotel outside South India, ÂGrand Mercure Ahmedabad GIFT CityÂ with 151 rooms in GIFT City, Gujarat.

2020

- Commencement of operations at ÂHoliday Inn Express & Suites Bengaluru OMRÂ with 129 rooms in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

2024

- Commencement of operations at Âibis Styles MysuruÂ with 130 rooms at Mysuru, Karnataka
