Further, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 04, 2023 and the name of our Company changed from “Cash Ur Drive Marketing Private Limited” to “Cash Ur Drive Marketing Limited” & Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh issued a new certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion dated December 01, 2023, bearing CIN U74999CH2009PLC031677.
