C.E. Info Systems Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as ÂC.E. Info Systems Private LimitedÂ at New Delhi as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to the certificate of incorporation dated February 17, 1995 issued by the RoC. Thereafter, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the EGM held on July 7, 2021 and the name of the Company was changed to ÂC.E. Info Systems LimitedÂ. Consequently, a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 12, 2021 was issued by the RoC.
