Cell Point (India) Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as Cell Point (India) Private Limited on April 10, 2013 under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, the name of the company was changed from “as Cell Point (India) Private Limited” to “Cell Point (India) Limited” under The Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on October 31, 2022 and had obtained fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 25, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Vijayawada. The Promoters of the company are Mr. Mohan Prasad Panday and Mr. Bala Balaji Panday.
