-Acquired Plot No 410 and 411 at Kerala GIDC Estate, Taluka Bavla, Ahmedabad on lease for 99 years for expansion of manufacturing capacity of agrochemical formulations.

-Crossed turnover of ? 1,000.00 million and reached to turnover of ? 1,393.56 million for the financial year 2018-19.

2021

-Crossed turnover of ? 3,000.00 million and reached to turnover of ? 3,024.10 million for the financial year 2020-21.

-Acquired land at Saykha, Bharuch, Gujarat on lease basis for 99 years for setting up a new facility for manufacturing Agrochemical Technicals and its intermediates.
