Dindigul Farm Products Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated as ÂDindigul Farm Product Private LimitedÂ under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to the certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC, Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore on September 29, 2010. The name of our Company was subsequently changed to ÂDindigul Farm Product LimitedÂ, upon conversion into a public company, pursuant to a board resolution dated November 18, 2023 and a shareholder resolution dated December 1, 2023, and a fresh certificate of change of name was issued on December 27, 2023 by ROC, Coimbatore.

Major events and milestones:

2010

-Incorporation of Company

2015

-Production started of skimmed milk powder, milk protein concentrate and whey powder

2016

-FSSC 22000 Certification; Started production of dairy whitener

2019

-Entered into supply cum technology sharing agreement with a French Company and its indian subsidiary to manufacture and supply fat filled powders for infant milk formula production

2022

-Commenced Exports; Became subsidiary of Indrayani Biotech Limited
