The Company was incorporated as Dodla Dairy Limited on May 15, 1995 at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956. the Company commenced business on May 23, 1995. the Company has not changed its name since incorporation. The Company had historically, in various public documents such as annual reports and secretarial filings, name d Dodla Sunil Reddy, Dodla Sesha Reddy, Dodla Subba Reddy, Dodla Girija Reddy, Dodla Deepa Reddy and D. Padmavathamma as the promoters. Pursuant to a resolution of the Board in its meeting held on July 13, 2018, Dodla Subba Reddy, Dodla Girija Reddy, Dodla Deepa Reddy and D. Padmavathamma were declassified as promoters of the Company and reclassified as promoter group and it was resolved that Dodla Sunil Reddy, Dodla Sesha Reddy and Dodla Family Trust will be the Promoters of the Company.

- Commenced operations in Rajahmundry processing plant in Andhra Pradesh

- OPL acquired a cattlefeed mix plant business from Bharathi Feed Mixing Plant pursuant to a business transfer agreement dated September 6, 2019

2022
- Dodla Dairy has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (Agreement) with Sri Krishna Milks for acquisition of Business as a going concern and on a slump Purchase basis for consideration of Rs 50 crore.

2023
-Company has received 'National Safety Council of India Safety Awards - 2022'

2024
-The Company commencement of commercial production at Dodderi Plant.
-Dodla dairy received national safety award.

2023

-Company has received 'CII award for food safety 2022' award from CII's Food and Agriculture Centre of Excellence (FACE) in 'Dairy Products Large Business'.

-Company has received 'National Safety Council of India Safety Awards - 2022'Â in manufacturing sector awarded to Dodla Dairy Limited, Nellore Plant, Andhra Pradesh.

2025

-Dodla Dairy Limited has approved Rs. 280 Crores capex for setting up new plant & machinery and necessary infrastructure at Maharashtra, which includes previous approval Rs.15 crores for Land acquisition.

-Company has acquired 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of HR Food Processing Private Limited (OSAM)
