Thereafter, the Company was converted from private limited company to public limited company vide special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company on October 12, 2021 and the name of the Company was changed from “Eighty Jewellers Private Limited” to “Eighty Jewellers Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chhattisgarh on October 29, 2021 having CIN: U27205CT2010PLC022055.
