Our Company was originally incorporated as a private limited Company under the name of “Energy-Mission Machineries (India) Private Limited” on January 17, 2011 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli bearing registration number as 063696. Thereafter, our Company was converted from private limited to public limited, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary general meeting held on July 31, 2023 and the name of our Company was changed from “Energy-Mission Machineries (India) Private Limited” to “Energy-Mission Machineries (India) Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 11, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Corporate identification number of our Company is U29100GJ2011PLC063696.
