EPIC Energy Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Fastrack Investment Services & Commercial Advisors Ltd. (FISCAL) (formerly Fastrack Holdings Private Ltd.) was incorporated on 28th August 1991 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.

For the year ended 31st March 1993, the total income of the company was Rs. 6.15 lacs with a profit after a tax of Rs. 5.80 lacs. In the year 1993-94, the company commenced trading in food products. During the year 1993-94, the turnover from trading operations was Rs. 60.67 and from
financial activities Rs. 9.82 lacs.

Fiscal was also engaged in leasing business for which the company did business worth Rs. 15 lacs whereafter leasing operations were stopped as per stipulations of National Stock Exchange.

To reflect the true nature of the activities of the company, the name was changed to FASTRACK INVESTMENT SERVICES AND COMMERCIAL ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED (FISCAL) vide fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra dt. 20-7-1994. The company was thereafter converted into a limited company and obtained certificate of change of name from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra dt. 30-11-94.

To adhere to the rules and regulations of NSEIL, FISCAL has ceased its trading activities of food product from 1-10-94 and will carry on the same in a subsidiary company Sunayanai
Agro Products Pvt. Ltd.

2006

-EPIC Energy has set up its own Assembling Facility at Nerul, Navi Mumbai, for the production of Energy Savers under the Company's brand "EPS 9010".

2007

-EPIC Energy has been granted ISO 9001:2000 certification in recognition of the organisation's quality systems for the assembling, installation and maintenance of Energy Savers and Power Conditioners assembled at its Nerul Works.

-EPIC Energy acquires Energy Devices manufacturing unit in Gujarat

-The Company has acquired 100 percent equity of Hydragen Infrastructures Pvt Ltd, (HIPL),

2008

-EPIC Energy Ltd has announce the acquisition of Sathian Sun Power Systems, (Sathian), a Salem, Tamil Nadu based Solar Energy Products Company.

-EPIC Energy has acquired the business of M M Associates (MMA)

-EPIC Energy Successfully Executes Lighting Project in Thiruvarur & Erode

-EPIC Energy has been awarded a contract to conduct Investment Grade Energy Audit for ten Government Buildings in Arunachal Pradesh from the Arunachal Pradesh Energy Development Agency.

2009

-EPIC Energy receives 100 kVA order from Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd for Energy Efficiency in Lighting

2012

-EPIC Energy has declared Final dividend of 7.5%

2014
- Awarded Contract for Solar Cities Project for Amritsar and Ludhina.

-Rewarded as "Empaneled Consultant" by "The Ministry Of New And Renewable Energy-MNRE" for the solar cities programme Government Of India.

- Epic Power Saver approved by Electronics Regional Test Laboratory-ERTL Mumbai.

- Epic Power Saver approved by NSIC Technical Services Laboratory-Chennai,Government Of India.

- Crisil in collaboration with Bereau of Energy Efficiency Ministry of Power, Government of India has assigned a "CRISIL-BEE Grade 3" to EPIC Energy Limited, which indicates Good ability of the graded energy service.
