Further, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of our Company dated February 24, 2025 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed from ÂFractal Industries Private LimitedÂ to ÂFractal Industries LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 13, 2025 was issued to our Company by the Assistant Registrar of Companies/ Deputy Registrar of Companies/ Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
