The Company was incorporated on May 30, 2012 within the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai under the name and style as Future Value Fashion Retail Limited and obtained the Commencement of Business Certificate on June 15, 2012. The name of Our Company was then changed to its present name Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited w.e.f. December 4, 2012 and was issued a fresh certificate of Incorporation by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
