-GG Dandekar Machine Works Ltd has appointed Mr. Gurunath Jagannath Karandikar, Mr. Nihal Gautam Kulkarni, Mr. D R Swar and Ms. Aditi Chirmule as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from December 28, 2006. Mr. Gurunath Jagannath Karandikar is also appointed as Managing Director of the Company with effect from December 28, 2006.

- The Company has entered into an agreement with M/s. Pusti Enterprises Pvt Ltd for the sale of unused vacant land admeasuring 30293 sq. mtrs. owned by the Company at Bhiwandi for a total consideration of Rs 16.29 crores.

- The wholly owned subsidiary Company with the name G G Dandekar Investments Pte. Ltd., of G G Dandekar Machine Works Ltd. has been incorporated in Singapore.

-The company has been recommended dividend of 300% on the equity shares.

-Mr. Madhav R. Chandrachud has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company.

2023
-Company name has changed to G G Dandekar Properties Ltd. from G G Dandekar Machine Works Ltd.
