G M Polyplast Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as G. M. Polyplast Private Limited on November 27, 2003 at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 06, 2020 and the name of the Company was changed to “G M Polyplast Limited” and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated July 30, 2020 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, being Corporate Identification Number U25200MH2003PLC143299.

- Setup of Factory premises at Sr. No. 217/16, House No. 904, Dadra, Silvasa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli

- The Turnover of the Company crossed to Rs. 50.00 Crore

2020

- Conversion into Public Limited as “G M Polyplast Limited”

- Company obtained ISO 9001:2015 issued by UQSR Global Private Limited

2021

-Company has introduced new product known as 'PET Sheets'.

2022

-Company have recommended, issue of Bonus Share in the ratio 6 (Six) fully paid-up equity shares for every 1 (One) existing full paid-up equity share.

2023

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 6:1
