The Company was incorporated as ÂGetalong Enterrprise Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated July 29, 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Thereafter pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 18, 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai the name of the Company was changed to ÂGetalong Enterprise Private LimitedÂ Thereafter, pursuant to the conversion of the Company to a public limited company, the name of the Company was changed to ÂGetalong Enterprise LimitedÂ pursuant to special resolution passed by the Shareholders at its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 28, 2021 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 12, 2021 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
