Presently the company is engaged in the manufacture of track suits, jogging suits, casuals wears, t-shirts, hosiery fabric, etc. Ritesh Industries Limited (RIL) was incorporated as Ritesh Agro (P) Ltd., on 19/2/1987, changed its name to Ritesh Industries (P) Ltd. on 16.01.92 and converted into a Public Limited Company on 13.02.92.

2003

-The shareholders have approved to delist the Equity shares from Ludhiana, Calcutta, Delhi and Jaipur Stock Exchanges.

2007
-Company name has been changed from Ritesh Industries Ltd to Ritesh Properties & Industries
Ltd.

2012

-The company entered into a new agreement with Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited.

2021

-NCLT approved Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Ritesh Spinning Mills Limited, Ritesh Impex Private Limited, H B Fibres Limited with Ritesh Properties and Industries Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors under Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.

2022

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.

2023

-Company name has changed to Hampton Sky Realty Ltd. from Ritesh Properties & Industries Ltd..
