The promoter, Mr. Rishu Agarwal was involved in trading of aluminum products in Delhi from 1996 through his H.U.F till 2008. the other promoter, Mrs. Daya Bansal managed a proprietorship firm named as ÂIndian Sales CorporationÂ which was in the business of fabrics trading from April, 2011 to March, 2013.

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:3.

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:5.
