Phoenix Towship incorporated as on February 10, 1993, as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Goa. The registration no. assigned to our Company was U67190GA1993PLC001327. The Company entered into a Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Zuari Forex Limited (“ZFL”) and Phoenix Township Limited (“the Company” or “PTL”) and their respective shareholders ("the Scheme") which became effective on January 23, 2012. On the scheme becoming effective the Zuari Forex Limited (“ZFL”) (Transferor Company) was merged in the Company.
