IKIO Technologies Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated as ÂIKIO Lighting Private LimitedÂ under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to the certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on March 21, 2016. The name of our Company was subsequently changed to ÂIKIO Lighting LimitedÂ, upon conversion into a public company, pursuant to a board resolution dated January 3, 2022 and a shareholderÂs resolution dated January 31, 2022, and a fresh certificate of change of name was issued on April 18, 2022 by the RoC.

Major events and milestones of our Company:

2016

-Our Company was incorporated as a as ÂIKIO Lighting Private LimitedÂ under the Companies Act, 2013

-Commenced business of manufacturing of Refrigerator Light

2019

Commenced new business in Noida Special Economic Zone area to carry out 100 % export activity

2022

-Conversion of our Company into a public limited company

-Acquired 100% equity shares of IKIO Solutions Private Limited and Fine Technologies (India) Private Limited

-Received Quality Innovation Award-2022 from The Institute of Engineers(India) -Uttarakhand State Centre Safety & Quality Forum Disaster Awareness & Management forum.
