Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂInfollion Research Services Private LimitedÂ at New Delhi as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 09, 2009, issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to the approval accorded by our Shareholders at their extra-ordinary general meeting held on September 03, 2022. Consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂInfollion Research Services LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from a private limited company to a public limited company was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi, on October 12, 2022 and our Corporate Identification Number (CIN) is U73100DL2009PLC194077.

Company launched initial public offering of 2616001 shares at a price of Rs 10.00 each for Cash at a Premium of Rs 72.00 per share. The gross proceeds of the issue are expected to be Rs 2,145.12 lakhs.

The company's initial public offer (IPO) will open on 29 May 2023 and is expected to close on 31 May 2023, The price band of the issue has been fixed at Rs 80.00-82.00 per share
