Innovision Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated as ‘SRT Innovision Services Private Limited’ as a private limited company under Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated January 11, 2007, issued by Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. Our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on October 24, 2010, and a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of our Shareholders held on November 19, 2010, and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to, ‘SRT Innovision Services Limited’. A fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 22, 2010, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana to our Company. The name of our Company was changed to ‘Innovision Limited’ pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated March 1, 2011, issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana, and resolution passed at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on January 17, 2011, and a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of our Shareholders held on February 8, 2011.
