INDINFRAVIT (the ÂTrustÂ) is an irrevocable trust set up under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an infrastructure investment trust under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 (Registration Number: IN/InvIT/17-18/0007).

IndInfravit Trust is among IndiaÂs first Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvIT) to be listed on private placement basis on NSE and BSE in May 2018. It is one of the largest Indian InvITs in the roads sector with a network of approximately 7300 lane kms and operates and maintains 17 Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) / Annuity Road Assets across 8 Indian states.
