Ircon International Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as “Indian Railway Construction Company Private Limited” on April 28, 1976 in Delhi, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 and was granted a certificate of incorporation by the then Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana. theCompany became a public limited company with effect from November 20, 1976 and a certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the then Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana in the name of “Indian Railway Construction Company Limited”. Subsequently, the name of theCompany was changed to its present name ‘Ircon International Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name dated October 17, 1995 was issued by the RoC, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. The CIN of theCompany is U45203DL1976GOI008171.

- Pursuant to disinvestment of 13,400 Equity Shares of ? 10 each by GoI, The Company was listed on the BSE Limited and the Delhi Stock Exchange Limited

- The Company was granted the status of ‘Mini Ratna – Category – 1’ by the Ministry of Railways

2011

- Voluntarily delisted from the BSE Limited

2012

- Voluntarily delisted from the Delhi Stock Exchange
