Our Company was originally incorporated as ‘ITCONS E-Solutions Private Limited’ on May 15, 2007 under the provision of the Companies Act, 1956 bearing Corporate Identification Number U72900DL2007PTC163427 issued by Registrar of Companies - Delhi. Subsequently, our company was converted into Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013 and the name of our Company was changed to “ITCONS E-Solutions Limited’” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated November 11, 2022 bearing Corporate Identification Number U72900DL2007PLC163427 issued by Registrar of Companies – Delhi.

Our Company started its operations on 15th May 2007 and started developing RecruitPlus Talent Management client.

2009-10

-ITCONS was declared as TATA NEN hottest start-up finalist.

-ITCONS won Microsoft BizSpark award.

-ITCONS was conferred NASSCOM IT Innovator Award.

2010-11

ITCONS got Amity capital venture as Seed investment partner.

2011-12

-ITCONS became Red Herring (Asia) finalist.

2012-13
