Jasch Industries Ltd was incorporated in the name of Jasch Polymers Ltd. on 11th December 1985. The Company changed its name to Jasch Industries Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained on 7th September, 1993, issued by the Registrars of Companies, Delhi and Haryana, New Delhi. The company obtained Certificate to Commence Business on 2nd January, 1986.

The company was incorporated in 1985 with the main objective of manufacturing PU Resin and PU/PVC Coated fabrics/Synthetic Leather. However, the company did not take up any proejct till 1991. During 1992-93, the company took up the manufacture of Polyurethane foam and its laminated products with fabrics at a capital cost of Rs. 52.68 lakh which has been financed by availing rupee term loan of Rs. 19.68 lakh from Haryana Financial Corporation and Equity Share Capital of Rs. 33 lakh contributed by J K Garg, S C Garg and their associates. The main equipment i.e. PU Foam plant whch is fully automated and compterised, has been imported from Taiwan. The PU Foam-lamination project commenced produciton from August 1992 and has been generating profits since inception.

2011

- The company Board has decided to recommend to the shareholders, payment of maiden dividend @ 10% (i.e. Re. 1 per share).

- Company have set up a wholly owned subsidiary (with the name "Jasch North America Co.") in the United States for acquisition of 100% shares of an existing US Company (INDEV Gauging Systems Inc.

-Acquired INDEV Gauging Systems, an American company.

2016

-Started making green PU.
