2001

-Kaashyap Radiant Systems Ltd and Northwestern Oklahama State University, USA has entered into a technological partnership.

-Chennai-based Kaashyap Radiant Systems Ltd has allotted 14,25,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each at a premium of Rs.150 per share to the stakeholders of Soft-pride Systems Inc, USA (SSI).

2002

-The Company consider splitting of equity shares of Rs 10/- each paid up into ten equity share of Re 1/- each paid up.

2006

-Company has changed its name from Kaashyap Radiant Systems Ltd. to Kaashyap Technologies Ltd.

2008

-The Company has entered into an MOU with Oceansoft Information System Co. Ltd, China (CMM level 3 Company) based in Jiangsu (Shanghai greater region) which is a fast growing IT Company in the areas of IT training and Outsourcing.

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:6.

2009

-The Company had acquired the consulting division of Logistics Solutions Inc., USA in 2007, which resulted in expansion of operations in the US.
