The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited Company under the name of “Kaka Industries Private Limited'' on June 21, 2019 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat bearing registration number as 108782. Thereafter, the Company was converted from private limited to public limited, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary general meeting held on February 27, 2023 and the name of the Company was changed from “Kaka Industries Private Limited” to “Kaka Industries Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 14, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Corporate identification number of the Company is U25209GJ2019PLC108782.

2019

- Incorporation of the Company as “Kaka Industries Private Limited” under the Companies Act, 2013.

2020

- Acquired the profile sheet machinery setup of the Group Company, Kaka Engineering Private Limited and started manufacturing profile sheets in the same year itself.

2022

- Crossed revenue of Rs. 100 crores

2023

-The Company name has been changed from Kaka Industries Private Limited to Kaka Industries Limited. 

-The Company has entered into a definite proposal to install Solar Power Plant with a capacity of 1300 KW
