2005 - Board of Bisil Plast Ltd had recommended the splitting of equity shares of Rs 10 each into equity share of Rs 1 each.

2006 - The company entered into the spring water segment.

-Company has changed its name from Bisil Plast Ltd. to Bisleri Gujarat Ltd.

2007 - Mr. Arun Kumar Jain was appointed as managing director of the company, from June 15, 2007.

- Mr. Ravindra Kumar Jain and Mr. Narendra Kumar Jain were appointed as directors of the company.

- Company had started exporting mineral water to US, Europe, UK, UAE and Japan.

2008 - The members of Bisleri Gujarat had accorded to change the name of the company from Bisleri Gujarat to Bisil Plast.

2009

-Company has changed its name from Bisleri Gujarat Ltd. to Bisil Plast Ltd.

2025

-Company name has changed to Karnawati Innovation Ltd. from Bisil Plast Ltd..
