Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated as Kewal Kiran Apparels Private
Limited on 30th January 1992. With effect from 1st December 2002,
a group company called Kewal Kiran Clothing Private Limited was
merged with Kewal Kiran Apparels Private Limited. With effect from
17th October 2003, Kewal Kiran Apparels Private Limited changed its
name to Kewal Kiran Clothing Private Limited. With effect from 2nd
November 2005, Kewal Kiran Clothing Private Limited became a
public company under the name of Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited

HISTORY AND MAJOR EVENTS

1980 Mr. Kewalchand P Jain and Mr. Hemant P Jain commenced
apparel manufacturing business through a partnership firm
called Keval Kiran & Company
1992 Incorporated as Kewal Kiran Apparels Private Limited on
30th January 1992 with Mr. Kewalchand P Jain and
Mr. Hemant P Jain as promoters.

1994 Mr. Dinesh P Jain and Mr. Vikas P Jain were admitted as
partners in the firm of Kewal Kiran & Company

2002 The partnership firm, Keval Kiran & Company, was converted
into a private limited company called Kewal Kiran Clothing Private
Limited under Chapter IX of the Companies Act.

2002 Kewal Kiran Clothing Private Limited merged with Kewal Kiran Apparels
Private Limited with w.e.f. 1st December 2002 and Kewal Kiran
Apparels Private Limited was the surviving entity

2003 Kewal Kiran Apparels Private Limited changed its name to Kewal Kiran
Clothing Private Limited

2005 Kewal Kiran Clothing Private Limited was converted into a Public Limited
Company and its name was changed to Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited
w.e.f. 2nd November 2005

2006

-KKCL to establish manufacturing facility

-Kewal Kiran - Acquisition of land and building to setup manufacturing facilities

-IPO of 31 Lac shares

-Awarded a best SME Company in Textile

2007

-Killer women wear launched

-Killer & Integrti Exclusive Brand Outlets launched

2008

-Over 100 retail stores (Incl EBOS)

2009

-Mr. Abhijit Warange has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer of the Company

-Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd has recommended a payment of final dividend of Rs 3.00

2010

-Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd has recommended a dividend of 60% i.e. Rs. 6/- per share

2011

-Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd has declared an Interim Dividend @ 70% (Rs. 7.00 per share)

2012

-Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd has recommended a payment of final dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share

2013

- Board recommended Final Dividend @ 10% (Rs. 1.00 per share).

2014
-The won prestigious Silver Shield award for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

2015
-Kewal Kiran Clothing receives SVG3+ ratings for its SVG practices from ICRA

2016
-Kewal Kiran wins award for excellence from ICAI

2017
-Company Received "Golden Shield Award" for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the financial year 2015-16.

2021
-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 4:1.

2023

-Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited Launches Its First Exclusive Boys Wear Brand - Junior Killer.
