Our Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the name and style of ÂKhazanchi Jewellers Private LimitedÂ at Madras (now called as ÂChennaiÂ) Tamil Nadu, India, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March 25, 1996 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu, Chennai bearing number 18/34918 of 1996. The name of our company has been changed to ÂKhazanchi Jewellers LimitedÂ pursuant to a special resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 23rd January, 2023. Consequent upon change of name a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, dated April 27, 2023. The Corporate Identification Number of our company is U36911TN1996PLC034918.
