Konndor Industries Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 23rd March 1983 in the name of M/s Contech (India) Private Limited with the object of providing consultancy services in the field of data processing, computer micro-processor process control instruments, telecommunication, mass communication, design and development for chemical, power, computer instrumentation and tele-communication industries.

The Company became a Deemed Public Company w.e.f. 01st July 1993. The Company was reconverted in to a Private limited Company w.e.f. 17th April, 1995. Further, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company w.e.f. 08th November, 1999 and the name of the CompanyÂs name was changed to M/S CONTECH SOFTWARE LIMITED w.e.f. 17th November, 1999.

The Company has started the activities relating to packing material by trading of packing material paper of various kinds since the year 2007-08. Therefore the Name of the Company had been changed for M/s Contech Software Limited to its present name M/S ARMS PAPER LIMTED w.e.f. 14/05/2009, to reflect the present business activities carried out by the Company.

2006

- Mr. Rajan K Vasa is the founder, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company

- The company began its operation in the year 1997 as a software

development solution provider for business applications.

- In 1998 Contech embarked on its search for a new vertical market and

explored various possibilities. With the rapid changes in business scenario

telecom was identified as a blooming market. Since early 1999 Contech has

decided to explore and address the signaling and networking off shore

development requirements in the Telecom market.

- In the year 2000, Contech Software went public with intent of increasing

the infrastructure, expanding the market reach and creating a foundation for

a world-class software services company.

- Contech Software is catering to the needs of development services in the

area of Embedded Systems, Process & Factory Automation and Wireless

Technologies.

- The company provides these services from a modern development centre

at Ahmedabad - India, which is the corporate headquarters and the main

development center. Contech caters to the software services requirements of

customers in various countries like USA, Israel, Italy, UK, Taiwan and

India.

- Contech has a subsidiary in USA - 'Contech America Inc'. that caters to

the sales and customer support for the North American market.

Contech is a professionally managed company with an experienced top

management, having Technical Alliances with Microsoft and Oracle.

-Company has changed its name from Contech Software Ltd. to Arms Papers Ltd.

2013

- The registered office of the company has been shifted from old address to 415, Advait Complex, Nr. Sandesh Press, Vastrapur, Ahmadabad - 380052, Tel. No. - 079- 26762109, Email Id: [email protected]

2019

-Company name has changed to Konndor Industries Ltd. from Arms Paper Ltd..
