Krishanveer Forge Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 22nd June, 1990 and converted into a Public Limited Company on 22nd April, 1991, under the Act with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, at Bombay.

The Company has set up a plant for the manufacture of open die forged components with piece weight upto 10 mt per piece, with a licensed capacity of 10,000 tonnes per annum.

The Company has been promoted by Shri R S Kothavale, a technocrat entrepreneur, along with Shri P B Kore, Shri N Ramakrishna and Shri A S Kothavale. Shri R S Kothavale, the Managing Director of the Company, is a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer having about 28 years of experience in the Forging industry.

The management of the Company vests with the Board and Directors, comprising eminent professionals and executives. Shri N K Prasad is the Chairman of the Company. He holds a post graduate degree in Commerce. The day-to-day management of the Company is being looked after by Shri R S Kothavale, the Managing Director of the Company under the overall supervision of the Board.

2007

-Rajkumar Forge Ltd has appointed Mr. Pradeep Bhargava as Director of the Company w.e.f. April 28, 2007.

-The Company has recommended a dividend of Rs 0.85 paisa per share

-The Company recommended a dividend @10% i.e. Rupee 1 per equity share

2012
-The Company recommended a dividend of 15% viz Rs. 1.50/- (Rupee One Paisa Fifty Only) per equity share

2013
-The Company have recommended a dividend @ 15% i.e. Rupee 1.50 per equity share.

2022
-Company name changed to Krishanveer Forge Ltd. from Rajkumar Forge Ltd..
