Our Company was incorporated as ÂLabelkraft Technologies LimitedÂ under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated October 10, 2022, issued by the ROC, Central Registration Centre having CIN as U31900KA2022PLC166857. Later, on November 11, 2022, the running business of the proprietorship concern of our Promoter namely ÂSolanki EnterprisesÂ was taken-over by the company, along with the assets and liabilities of the proprietorship concern as going concern.
