Leapfrog Engineering Services Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name of “Leapfrog Informatics Private Limited” on May 09, 2005 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 bearing Corporate Identification Number U74210KA2005PTC036274 issued by Registrar of Companies - Karnataka. Subsequently the name of our company was changed to “Leapfrog Engineering Services Private Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Change of Name dated January 23, 2009 bearing Corporate Identification Number U74210KA2005PTC036274 issued by Registrar of Companies - Karnataka. Subsequently, our company was converted into Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013 and the name of our Company was changed to “Leapfrog Engineering Services Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated June 21, 2024 bearing Corporate Identification Number U74210KA2005PLC036274 issued by Registrar of Companies – Central Processing Centre (CPC).

2005

- Business started in the name “Leapfrog Informatics Private Limited”.

2006

- Awarded electrical works for the Early Production Facility (EPF50) project at North Kuwait.

- Expanded workforce and moved to a new 2,000 sq.ft. office.

2007

- Successfully completed EPF50 project.

2008

- Added Instrumentation services to the portfolio.

- Secured a USD 15,22,000 project for Gas Sweetening & Gas Reinjection facilities from Kuwait based company.

2009

- Change in name from “Leapfrog Informatics Private Limited” to “Leapfrog Engineering Services Private Limited”

2012

- Received orders from a MNC in India for five brownfield projects across four locations.

- Designed and executed Power Redistribution project for Austrian company.

2015

- Received composite order from USA based entity.

- Received orders from German based entity for PAN India bottling plant installations.

- Awarded Phase 1 and Phase 2 projects by Indian PSU.

2018

- Secured Jurassic Production Facility 3 (JPF3) project.

- Implemented ERP system across the organization.

- Received export orders from Nigeria and Canada.

2023

- Moved Registered office and Corporate Office to a new 6,536 sq.ft. state-of-the-art facility.

- Received domestic orders exceeding INR 40 crore in 2019 from PSU and government agency.

- Overcame COVID-19 challenges and successfully completed all projects.

- Established an assembling unit for captive demand.

- Received repeat order for JPF3 Expansion.

- Designed and supplied six modular substations worth USD 9 million.

- Won “Best Merchant Exporter Award 2022-23” from FKCCI in the MSME category.

- Applied for ISO Certification.

- Introduced Control System and Automation domain.

- Secured multiple orders from steel company for automation jobs.
