Lehar Footwears Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company went for expansion cum diversification project in the year 1996
for manufacturing canvas shoes and lightweight hawai chappals and
commenced the commercial production of diversified range from 15th October
1996. In the year 2003, the Company further installed a fully automatic
computerized EVA Injection footwear plant having capacity of about 9.87 Lac
pairs per annum of EVA Injected moulded slippers. At present the Company is
having an annual installed capacity of 75 Lac pairs of Hawai Chappals, 12 Lac
pairs of Canvas shoes and 9.87 Lac pairs of EVA Injected footwear. The
Company is presently manufacturing variety of footwear products like light weight
fancy slippers, PVC and TPR footwear; EVA injected footwear, synthetic leather
chappals in addition to Hawai Chappals and canvas shoes.

2005

-Received the National Award from Ministry of Small Scale Industry for Quality products in SSI Sector.

-Received the National Award from Ministry of Small Scale Industry for Small Scale Entrepreneurs

2006

- Company has obtained certificate of registration for "Lehar" brand name from Trade Mark .authorities.

2009

- Lawreshwar Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2009, inter alia, have decided to appoint Mr. Ramesh Chand Agarwal 'who was appointed as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. May 11, 2009' as the Chairman of the Company w.e.f. June 26, 2009.

2011
-The Board of Directors of the Company have decided to appoint Ms. Gesu Tibrewal as the Company Secretary cum Compliance officer of the Company.

2012
-The Board of Directors of the Company have decided to appoint Ms. Devyamini Singh as the Company Secretary cum Compliance officer of the Company.

2013
-The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. G. S. Kandoi as Additional Director.

2015
-Lawreshwar Polymers has inaugurated a new plant at SP-41D, RIICO Ind. Area Kaladera, Tehsil - Chomu Distt- Jaipur (Raj.)
-Lawreshwar Polymers is introducing its latest and unique Brand FLUROLITE, COBBLER, IWAVE With the tag line "MAKE IN INDIA MADE FOR WORLD".

2019
-Company name has changed from Lawreshwar Polymers Ltd. to Lehar Footwears Ltd.

2024
-The Company has entered into an agreement with National Small Industries Corporation Limited for supply of toolkit worth Rs. 298.0 Crores.
