Lorenzini Apparels Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as Lorenzini Apparels Private Limited on May 09, 2007 with the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently the Company was converted into public limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 15, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Lorenzini Apparels Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company was issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Delhi on March 30, 2017.
