The Company was originally incorporated at Aurangabad in the State of Maharashtra pursuant to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstructions (BIFR) order dated 15th November, 2007 being a resultant company as ÂMachhar Infrastructure LimitedÂ on 29th July, 2008 under the Companies Act, 1956 and later changed its name to M/s. Machhar Industries Limited vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on dated 28th January, 2010.
