1989 - The company was incorporated on 7th April, as a Private Limited
Company on 31st May, 1990. The object of the company is to set
up a 100% Export Oriented Unit for processing of granite tiles
(installed capacity of 1,38,000 sq. mtrs. p.a.) and another unit
for processing of marble tiles with capacity of 3,61,338 sq.mtrs.
per annum. The company was promoted by Shri Rajsingh Dungarpur
and other directors. Company is setting up EOU's for processing
granite tiles and marble tiles.

1992 - 43,47,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10 each at par allotted to
Promoters, directors and their Relatives and 46,00,000 No. of
equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par allotted to the
public.

2000

-The company is isetting up a 100% EUO unit for manufacturing polished Granite Slabs with an additional installed capacity of 158,500 sq. mtrs.

2003

-Company awarded with 'Special Export Award' by the Chemical & Allied Products Export Promotion Council (CAPEXIL) for its outstanding export performance.

2004

-The Company has been awarded with the 'Special Export Award' by the Chemical & Allied Products Export Promotion Council (CAPEXIL), for its outstanding export performance during the year 2003-2004 by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India

2005

-Madhav Marbles has recommended a Dividend of 30%

2006

-Madhav Marbles has been awarded with the "Special Export Award" by CAPEXIL (Chemical and Allied Products Export Promotion Council) Sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, for its outstanding export performance during the year 2005 - 2006

2007

-Company name has been changed fromMadhav Marbles & Granites Ltd. to Maadhav Granite and Realty Ltd.

-once again Company name has been changed from Maadhav Granite and Realty Ltd. to Madhav Marbles & Granites Ltd.

-Madhav Marbles has designated E-mail ID for Investor Complaints: [email protected]

2008

-Madhav Marbles has recommended 10% Dividend

2009

-The Company has appointed Mr. C D Gopinath, Non-Executive Director as Chairman of the Company
