Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated in Bengaluru, Karnataka as ÂManipal Health Enterprises Private LimitedÂ as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated February 15, 2010, issued by the RoC. Subsequently, our Company was converted to a public limited company, and the name of our Company was changed to Manipal Health Enterprises Limited pursuant to resolutions passed by our Board and our Shareholders on November 8, 2025 and November 20, 2025, respectively. Subsequently, a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 24, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
