Methodhub Software Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as ÂMethodhub Software Private LimitedÂ and a certificate of incorporation was issued on February 2, 2016 by the Registrar of Companies, Bengaluru. The name of the Company was subsequently changed to ÂMethodhub Software LimitedÂ, upon conversion into a public company, pursuant to a board resolution dated September 5, 2024 and a special resolution passed by the Shareholders dated September 30, 2024. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on October 19, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.

2016

- Incorporated as a private limited company

2021

- The revenue achieved more than Rs.200 million

2022

- The Company entered into a Partnership with BrainCapitol Technologies

2023

- Established the first branch office at Chennai, Tamil Nadu

- Established a branch office at Mohali

- The Company acquired MethodHub Solutions Inc. Delaware, USA, a wholly-owned subsidiary

- Received ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management System) certifications

2024

- Conversion from private limited to a public limited company and consequent change of name from ÂMethodHub Software Private LimitedÂ to ÂMethodHub Software LimitedÂ

- We acquired the Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, namely, MethodHub Consulting Inc. (USA) effective from April 1, 2024. MethodHub Consulting Inc.(USA), acquired 51% of the share capital in ZORTech Solutions Inc. (Canada), making it our step-down subsidiary. Additionally ZORTech Solutions Inc. (Canada) has a wholly owned subsidiary, namely, Zortech Solutions Inc. (USA), making it the indirect subsidiary.

- MethodHub Consulting Inc. (USA), the Wholly-Owned Subsidiary acquired shares in ZORTech Solutions Inc. (Canada), pursuant to which it became an indirect subsidiary of the Company

- ZORTech Solutions Inc. (Canada) had a wholly owned subsidiary, namely Zortech Solutions Inc. (USA), as a wholly owned subsidiary pursuant to which it became an indirect subsidiary of the Company

- Received System and Organization Controls (SOC-2) Type-2 Standard certification

2025

-Recognized as a Great Place to Work, received the NASSCOM SME Inspire Award (Best Skilling Initiative), and achieved SOC 2 Type 2 certification.
