The Company was originally incorporated on January 29, 2013 as ÂNarmada Agrobase Private LimitedÂ vide Registration No. 073468/ 2012-2013 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Further, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from ÂNarmada Agrobase Private LimitedÂ to ÂNarmada Agrobase LimitedÂ vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 05, 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 11, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
