NCIL, since its inception in 1986, is dedicated in making tailor designed products under Packtech. NCIL reached the status of a fore-runner internationally as a reliable supplier of Packtech products.

With its current growth initiative, NCIL has entered into other technical textile segments like Geotech and Agrotech.

NCIL is a listed Public Limited Company with an equity base of 8.75 million shares. It is listed in BSE and Ahmedabad stock exchanges.

NCIL also enjoys a Star Export House status recognized by the Government of India in view of the Company's excellent Export performance.

2008

-Company name has been changed from Neo Sack Ltd to Neo Corp International Ltd

2010

- M/s. Sacos Indigo Pvt. Ltd., engaged in the same line of business, is become the Subsidiary of the Company by virtue of acquisition of shares.

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from Industrial Area, Sector-1, Plot No. 62-63, Pithampur, Dist-Dhar, M.P. (India) - 454775 to Industrial Area, Sector-1, Plot No. 62-63-64A, Pithampur.

2011

- The Company has acquired an Indore based Company 'M/s Neoflex Infracon Ltd' engaged in the infrastructure and construction business, by acquisition of its 99.99% shares.

- 'M/s. Poly Logic International Private Limited' and by virtue of this Poly Logic International Private Ltd. becomes the wholly owned subsidiary of Neo Corp International Ltd. The Company shall be engaged in the business of trading and manufacturing of technical textile products.

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From 2nd Floor, Alankar Point, 4-A Rajgarh Kothi, Geeta Bhawan Chouraha, A. B. Road, Indore (M.P.) 452 001To Plot No. 60, Electronic Complex, Pardeshipura, Indore (M.P.) - 452 010.

2012

- By virtue of controlling the composition of Board of Directors of Prism Flexible Solutions Private Ltd, the said Company becomes the subsidiary Company of Neo Corp International Ltd.

- The Company has appointed Mrs. Shobha Dubey as additional as well as independent director with immediate effect.
