The company was incorporated on 4th October, 1985 and certificate of commencement of Business was obtained on 28th October, 1985. It was promoted by Mr Shantikumar R Podar jointly with O.P.Mathur, a non resident Indian. The company manufactures high pile fur fabric by silver knitting process.

The company entered into technical collaboration agreement with KARL EYBL GMBH of Austria. As per the terms of this Agreement EYBL were to provide training to 4 Indian personnel of its works for four weeks and provide the services of 3 of its personnel in India EYBL were to provide design/software and technical know-how for a period of 3 years from the date of Agreement.
